Hey there!

I'm Obioma, a quantitative researcher skilled in business analytics and econometric research methods.

My research interests are as diverse as they are exciting. I love exploring topics related to decision modeling and analysis, international business and economics, investment appraisal, and financial development. But don't let all this academic talk fool you – I'm not always buried in books and data!

When I'm not crunching numbers or poring over research papers, you'll find me engaged in some of my favorite hobbies. I'm an avid board game enthusiast, with chess and Scrabble topping my list. (Fair warning: I might challenge you to a game if we meet!) I also believe in keeping my body as fit as my mind, so I'm a regular at the gym and love hitting the pavement for a good run. In fact, I recently completed my first 10K marathon – a personal achievement I'm pretty proud of!

One of the things that truly lights me up is mentoring and sharing experiences with younger folks. There's something incredibly rewarding about having meaningful conversations and potentially inspiring the next generation of thinkers and doers.

My motivations in life and work are twofold. On one hand, I'm driven by an insatiable desire to expand my skills and be the best version of myself in everything I do. I thrive on challenges and am always eager to learn from the best while contributing valuable work.

On the other hand, I'm deeply committed to making a difference in Africa. My goal is to synthesize global learnings and apply them to Africa-specific problems, developing solutions that acknowledge and address the unique challenges and opportunities in the region. It's about bridging the gap between global knowledge and local realities.

So whether you're interested in discussing the latest trends in business analytics, want to chat about economic development in Africa, or just fancy a game of chess, I'm always up for a good conversation. Let's connect and explore how we can make a difference together!
